I have had many troubles wiht my backhand springs to. But now i can do them, because i practiced really hard. Try to do your backwalkovers first, and in time go a bit faster and faster. When you get the hang of that, try using a massive excersize ball or a gym ball, and practice your backhand spring on that. It should help when you fall, that the ball will bounce you back up. Once you can do taht get a spotter that you trust, or a coach. To begin you should start with your body straight and arms in the air. Swing arms down and bend your knees into a sit posiotion. Spring backwards with much force as possible, and bend in to an arch. Snap your legs together. Once you can do taht try it on the floor. I have had a fear of doing backhand springs, so if i can do it, so can you. lol.
Have fun adn be safe. heehe
