just dont get into a real deep conversation. try talking to him online so when u are nervous and cant think of anything to say, you wont feel stupid. talk to him about sports if he likes sports and really light conversations. maybe this will help? =]

uhh if i wouldnt talk and just stared at a girl then i probley wouldnt like her guys arent like that i know it cause i am one and idk he just stares thats weird though just try to find out something he likes then try to talk to him about it it helps also ask him if he wants to hang out sometime become friends and then ask him out or maybe he'll ask you out its not a one step process does like say he likes paintball read up about that and talk to him aobut that and maybe that will escelate into a paintball game/date with him ok thats all i got i tried my best

he likes you, or he thinks you are weird. is it that kind of " OMG shes such a loser" kind of stare, or a "she got a bangin body" stare? that should help you decide.
