you can do arm drills which is a count of eight of the main eight arm positions,
which is 1. daggers, 2. touch down 3. high v 4. big t 5. little t's 6.water buckets 7. low touch down 8. low v and then clean
practice your jumps- for example when you jump you should almost sit down in the air for your toe touch and most of the other jumps.
and practice in front of a mirror and make sure your arms are STIFFF thats a big thing.
