If you have your kip on bars, how do you do it, I can't seem to do it and I am level 5.

Kips are possibly the hardest skill to get, but once you have it, you never seem to loose it. The key thing is to stay really tight. Don't tap the ground, glide your legs out to in front of you, then bring them to the bar at around your ankles. Then, pretend like your pulling on a pair of pants and ride the kip up. Another thing that helped me was to think of hitting my head on the high bar (you wont of course). This just gets you to lean forward. And don' t forget to shift your wrists. The key is practice practice practice.

You need strong abs to do a kip. Try some abdominal exercises, and keep you body very tight or the kip will be difficult.
