Can Arsenal "survive" among top three at end of season, especially with the influx from Seria A, of top players to "money" clubs in the Premiership?

I would love to have the game Italy-Brazil from the 1982 World Cup; or Holland-Argentina from the 1978 World Cup, and many others. I know they sell World Cup "films" that show the goals of past World Cups, but I'm looking for entire games. Do these exist? Are they for sale? Is there a web site I can get them?

My friend told me Barthez is a renowned French playboy. Is this true? I want to hear some escapades to support the claim, if true

You must admit that was the best defence in at least the last decade.

How can the World Cup be improved while maintinaing the follownig goals:
- don't change the basics of the game
- recognize that draws is a natural outcome of the game
- avoid penalty shoot outs

I think FIA's in a pretty difficult situation. If they find Zidane to be in the wrong, they may have to take away his Golden Ball Award. If they find Materazzi wrong, they may face a zillion questions of past provocations from other players/coaches - maybe even Wayne Rooney can challenge his red card.............

USA should stay their nose out of Football. This is probably the only sports that has kept its dignity but its dignity is now threatened if US keeps qualifying in the World Cups. It is making mockery of Football when the Americans run on the field with a football. Its like bunch of sissies running for the beauty pageant. It casts a shadow over the joyful spirits of watching a football game when the Americans are playing it. It is also pretty awkard when you hear Americans commenting on Football. I do not know how to react when they talk about Football. It sucked to listen to the commentry on Espn by some American comentators. They don't even call football by its proper name which they call "Soccer." What the heck is that? Any thoughts ?

Why have they gone and signed newcastle reject craig bellmay for ?? He has a poor goal ratio, unsettles team mates and is basically a poor player.

Most girls can be heard saying these sort of things whenever they talk about football : "Kaka is so cute" "Beckam is so sexy" "Does Ballack or "X" have a girl friend?" So do they watch football for these stupid and silly reasons ? These sorts of comments from girls remind me of why some people say " Girls are girls.....They are just dumb and stupid?" Any thoughts ?

Why can't they accept, for once, that their national team didn't play well and got rightfully kicked out of the tournament?
I mean the only time I remember the English team playing well were at the world cup 1990 in Italy.

My parents insist that I play varsity soccer this fall and we had a deal. They came through on their end and now I'm stuck. I was fine until I saw the practice schedule and since I don't even want to play soccer very much it seems a little outragous. Practice is 6 days a week M-Th 8-10 10:45-12:30 F 8-10:30 10:45-1 S 9-11 is this a little much for 4 weeks straight. Also the coach tends to push a little hard, I know he's supposed to but that still seems like an awful long time to just play soccer and run. Some of my friends played with him on a summer league and ended up quitting b/c he made them do too much during a summer league which isn't even as bad as fall. Not to mention the coach has a newborn at home... seems like he should be taking care of that instead of killing his team. What do I do?
