I just can't see BC in the top 5. They may prove me wrong...but for now I think any of these teams would beat them straight up.

Could it be double standards ?????

Are we going to start handicapping the top teams? so that it will be "fair" to the other teams? ....

hey lets spot the other team points, so they feel better.... there goes the competition that sports is all about...

How about, we disband all the teams at the end of each season... then each team draws a name, one at a time.. and that's who you get to play with, like in elementary school.. would that suffice? ..

It's competitive sports.. if your team can't cut it, then they'd better figure out what they are doing wrong, and fix the problem.

If the Pats had begun kneeling when they were up 38 nothing, then the Skins came back to beat them, would the Pats whine about being disrespected with a late game comeback. Luckily we will never have to know because they never take their knee off the htroat of the opponent...

what do you think of Joe Gibbs running off and not shaking Bill's hand. I had a lot of respect for Joe...running a Nascar team being a coach for Skins. He seemed to be very down to earth...but what he did last night was shocking to me. I really don't know why but it did,

As a GA native who went to Michigan, I've been waiting for this matchup for years. They rank similarly, but is the Capital One Bowl the only by which they could meet up this year?

I kept hearing about how great the Redskin defense is, how they only gave up 88 points all year. Well guess what? They gave up 52 today!

There is no comparing the Patriots with anyone else. They're in a class of their own, just watch their games!

... look at the previews... "pats will face their biggest challenege", "pats will have their hands full", "gethca pop corn ready"...
and when they do answer those questions, by destroying the opponent, theny the same "experts" are talking about hose they run up the score.. anyone wants to explain?
did athe teams who won by 17 points run up the score whose record patriots broke? brady has earned the right to do wat ever he wants... he destroyed dallas, ppl said he wont, he demolished the 5th ranked pass defense on washington... and im pretty he will do the same with the colts...
any opinions?

The games shown on TV are pathetic, no good match-ups. Why would they show the games with the biggest point speads? They end up being blow outs and then don't even change to a different game. There hasn't been one good day of watching football unless you're watching on Saturday. And as much as I hate to admit it the Pats are going to win the Superbowl anyways. Unless your a Pats fan, the season is pretty much over with.

Tom Brady's passer rating actually went down this week. Tom had a "bad" game, 306 yards, 3 touchdowns, no ints, 76% completions. It was so "bad" his rating went from 137.9 to 136.2.

Will you admit the Pats are the greatest team of all time, and Tom Brady is the greatest QB? If not, what's your excuse this week?

I am a huge fan of college football, but don't really follow players, teams, etc...But one thing ive always wondered about was the rules for the clock. I've noticed that the first and second quarter always seem to end SO DAMN QUICK! Yet.. third and fourth quarter seem to take hours! I am watching the UCF vs. South Miss right now and the first quarter ended in 25 minutes...while the last quarters are lasting like 2 hours. Why is this? Also, when do they stop the clock, start the clock, etc?

If you have seen the Chargers-Texans game today, you'll know what I'm talking about.

After Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub throws an interception to Antonio Cromartie and Cromartie runs with the ball, Drayton Florence bumps Schaub with his helmet, thus getting him out of the game and replacing him with another QB.

Do you think Florence should've been fined? As a Charger fan, I say yes and I'd be surprised if he wasn't fined.

I've been a Pats fan since the early nineties, back when they couldn't win a single game to save their lives. Back when they got their butts handed to them almost every single night.

The Bears v Patriots Superbowl XX was 46-10. Were the Bears "running up the score", or were the Pats just plain bad?

Washington Redskins (72) vs New York Giants (41) (11/27/66)... were the Redskins "piling on the points" or were they doing their JOB?

It's PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL. Their objective is to score.

If you whine and complain when a team takes a knee with 30 seconds left to play when they are up by three points, that's your business. But the team is supposed to win, because that is what they are paid to do.

Given the fact that teams have made miraculous comebacks from 32 points behind.... Buffalo Bills vs Houston Oilers (1/3/1993)(trailed 3-35, won 41-38, OT) "running up the score" is what you're SUPPOSED to do.

Everyone needs to stop the whining. There's always next year.

The week has finally come where the two best teams in the league will meet head to head undefeated. This game should get more press than the Super Bowl. After all, I can't think of two bigger teams to play in the Super Bowl. Who do you think will win the game? Many fair-weather fans will put their money on the Patriots. I got my money on the colts.
