regarding the play of Ted Ginn:

Chambers said. "He grew from the first to the second to the third game. He runs good routes. He has great hands. He's going to come along. It's good to see him grow."

I'm a Dolphins fan living in Ohio
so I got to watch him play quite a bit in college

he never showed good hands or good route running

is Chambers blowing smoke up some butts, or did Ginn actually look like a respectable receiver?

As a a jets fan i think that the jets are going to go 16-0 with Chad Pennington struggling to hold up the superbowl trophiee due to his weak arm.

But the realist in me see the Jets going 7-9 at best and missing the playoffs.

What do you think the Jets record will abd reasons why?

What team gonna get upset by the underdog? I like Clemson to beat Florida St. at home for the upset this week. What your though please.

Hey Wesley W Florida St. is rank #19 AP poll and #21 coaches poll, so that would be an upset if Clemson beat a rank FSU team.

what was the absolute worst moment of your football watching life

for example: an Oklahoma fan watching last year's Oregon game, or an Oklahoma fan having Boise State win it on a Statue of Liberty play....
and I really don't mean to pick on the Sooners, those were just the first things that came to mind.

This year's Pro Football Prospectus ranks the top 20+ seasons for running backs, with the top season of all-time being O.J. Simpson's 1975 performance.

Agree? Disagree? Who/what would you choose?

I have a message to get to him. I don't necessarily need to talk to him but just confirmation that he himself got the message. Need help please. No jokes just obedience in the answer. You will know what I mean. The Lord has given me a message for him. I know another professional player personally but I don't feel that is the direction to contact him by. There is some one that knows what I mean. Please contact me. Thanks...God Bless!!!

How come you have NFL players all over the league who get caught drinking and driving, driving while on drugs, crashing their Italian sports cars then leaving the scene, getting arrested for beating people, raping women, shooting people, being present when people are murdered, getting caught with prostitutes, doing drugs, dealing drugs, and transporting drugs, who end up paying a few fines and sitting out a few games?

AND THEN you have Michael Vick who admits to dogfighting, but ends up losing a hundred million dollar contract, loses all his endorsement deals, his career as a Falcon is over, his career in the NFL is questionable, and to top it all off he's looking at potentially 5 years in prison? Why is crime against human beings punishable by paying a fine and sitting out a few games, but the cost of lying about dogfighting is a man's career, his freedom, and hundreds of millions of dollars?

Seriously, he tosses that thing in the air and it easily lands in receiver's hands. He's freaking amazing! Too bad Eli doesn't seem to have the gift, but he's a punk anyway.

Football needs guys like Peyton in these dark days.

He has been suspended indefinitely by the NFL, he will face several months in jail, and he will lose out on millions of dollars that he would have otherwise made. How, in any civilized country, can this be the punishment for killing and torturing animals, when countless athletes are given the relative equivalent of a slap on the wrist for driving drunk, for beating their wives, for being involved in shootings. These are freaking ANIMALS. No people were injured, that I am aware of, in this whole Vick thing. Am I the only person who sees DUI as a FAR, FAR worse offense than dog fighting. A drunk driver puts other PEOPLE'S lives at risk and those people don't even see it coming. Athletes that beat their wives are hurting another HUMAN BEING, but they hardly spend any time in jail, and serve a very short suspension. How does this get the reaction that it has, while other more serious, at least in my mind, offenses do not?

Is anyone else out there tired of hearing about Michael Vick? I know i am. Its on all the news channels. And you couldnt even watch the falcons and bengals preseason game bc that is all they talked about and showed them talking about it. What he did was wrong but its going on all over the country. I gurantee there is other athletes that are in on it too. He knows he is in trouble and is career is in jeapardy. But the media is going to be the ones to ruin is career. Im done ranting lol...
