Well, last year in the Colliseum, it came down to John David Booty having a bunch of tall WR's catching the ball over Nebraska CB Grixby, who's only 5'10" (?) but now they have some taller CB's and a much faster defense. My question is with USC's outstanding Defense, will the Husker's offense be able to do anything against them? Yes they have Marlin Lucky, but he kinda struggled against Wake Forest, plus Sam Keller doesn't appear to be as great as we thought. Keep in mind also though, Bill Callahan likes to play conservative on the Road (like last year where he only tried 16 passes. Once they actualy did pass on a few plays, they scored a TD. But it was too little too late.) but opens up the playbook at home (like against Texas last year which they were an unfortunate fumble away from winning!!). I think if the Husker crowd can keep the Huskers in the game early, force USC into a few mistakes, and build the confidence of their team, they may be able to pull off a 28-27 upset at home. If USC doesn't make those mistakes, they will win 31-17. I'm not so sold on Sam Keller right now. He's got a great arm, but doesn't use it so well and makes too many mistakes. If Zac Taylor were still around, I'd say the Huskers have a better chance, as he put up some decent numbers, but more importantly, made very few mistakes. I'd have to say that USC will have this one, but if Nebraska pulls off the upset, they should become the number 1 team in the country, and the winner between them and Oklahoma for the Big 12 Championship will go on to win the National title.

Idaho over USC.. hahaha.. j/k figure I have to give grief.. Clemson over FSU is a sound pick but that one will be close.. Tennessee will probably edge Cal.. but neither of these are my "upset" pick.. here's mine and ya'll who think I just love on the SEC will dig it..
Oklahoma St straight up over Georgia.. Oklahoma St has an offense that's dangerous.. most of Georgia's Defense is suspended and what little is left is unproven.. Georgia will score points with Stafford back there slinging it but I say OSU 28-24 over Georgia in Athens..
