Football (American) - August 2007

The Coach is trying me at half back. I would love it if sombody could give me tips on running the ball. I would really love to be starting string. So anything would helps. Or Just Tips about football in General.

I would also like tips on how to make the couch think im a good player. Lol.

This friday, Vince Young and Tom Brady both had rough preseason showings. Brady was knocked down hard many times, and completed 10 of 19 with 2 interceptions. Vince Young managed not to throw any picks, but went 5 for 17 with 4 sacks and rushed for only 9 yards. The heavy rain gave the defenses the advantage, but what do you blame for the quarterbacks' poor performances?

I am going to be attending a University of Tennessee game on November 10, 2007 when they play the University of Arkansas. I have never been to Knoxville let alone a UT game. I know Neyland Stadium holds one of the largest crowds in spectator sport today so my question is, where does one park for the game? If you don't park, how do I get there especially if I am staying in a hotel or other locale within the city?

Okay first of all I love dogs and own dogs and think they are the best pet and animal in the world.

But a man shouldn't go to jail over some dogs.They are just dogs. Not human

Dogs naturally fight. My uncle's pit used to fight the neibors pit all the time until they put up a fence. They fight on there own. Dogfighting really shouldn't be illegal. Chicken fights are actually fun to watch

Points is a man shouldn't take this much punishment over some dogs. If some non celeb fought dogs nobody would say nothing but everybody hates vick.

And has anybody ever heard of innocent until proven guilty. When did the judge say vick was guilty? When?

And whats the deal with this. Here are some answers to vick questions. "Vick is a Thug" "Vick is a n----" "Sack Vick" "Kill Vick" "Vick should be shot, hanged, and drowned"

Now the last one was just plain disturbing. he attended a better college than you did.

Feel free to say "I hate Vick" and get 5 thumbs up by some PETA worker.

That's all Vick did was help get rid of dangerous animals that attck humans everyday. We all have seen the show when animals attack. How many times are rotwiellers and pitbulls on that show attacking humans. Vick was simply trying to make the world a safer place for kids and adults. Plus make a little money on the side. I don't see what is wrong with that. We sit back and watch when two humans are put in a cage (UFC) and knock each other out, why not watch animals do it? We are higher on the food chain for a reason. VICK FOR PRESIDENT 2016!

Dogfighting has been going on for years and years. Everyone knows someone who fights dogs. If Vick was never accused of doing this, it wouldn't have been in the news. No one would have been talking about the "poor little dogs." Everyone would care less about those dogs. No one would talk about it. And remember, Vick is not being accused of dogfighting, he's being accused of illegal gambling. The NFL could care less about those dogs. They are looking out for themselves. Where I'm from, dogfighting is the norm. It is just another sport around here. Dogs don't win, well, they get to visit dog heaven. Vick will probably do a year, get out, and sign with another team. He won't be banned like everyone says. He brings in too much money. When he gets out, everyone will love him, which they should. Vick is a great player. Had he been a regular dude, he would just get a fine like around here. No one goes to jail. Just a fine. Too bad for Vick. The NFL will miss his excitement.

Let's say there is a minute left in the game and you're down by only 1 point. You then break a 75 yard run and no one can catch you. Your all alone because everyone quit trying to catch you at about the 20. Are you alowed to walk into the endzone for the next 20 yards to get time off the clock or just stand 1 yard away? Is that a penalty?

Leinart, Young, or Cutler

I think it will be Leinart. Look at that offense!! Fizgerald, Boldin, and James! All they need is a good offense line and they have a top 3 offense along with the colts and saints. Cutler will have the next best because hes on Denver and they always find a way to have a good season. I'm not sure about Young. The Titans sucks and Young is the worst passer of these 3.
