Let's say there is a minute left in the game and you're down by only 1 point. You then break a 75 yard run and no one can catch you. Your all alone because everyone quit trying to catch you at about the 20. Are you alowed to walk into the endzone for the next 20 yards to get time off the clock or just stand 1 yard away? Is that a penalty?

No. Unless the refs think your show boating and call unsportsman like conduct

Nope. As long as your not doing anything to taunt the opponent like high stepping pointing or using excessive celebration jestures thats pefectly fine. Ive done that playing football back in my schooldays but i only ran about 10-15 seconds off the clock becuase they would start chasing me again then id run into the endzone just before the guy could tackle me...lol

Why is it unsportsmanlike conduct on the offense because the defense got too lazy to pursue, and stupidly allowed the offense to run valuable time off the clock? I must have missed the rule that says a team has to score as quickly as possible, or be penalized. It seems like a valid strategy. No flag.

It's the other teams fault for giving up. You should be allowed to kill as much time off the clock. I have a feeling the refs might call a penalty witch wouldn't be fair.

Walking may not, but standing will surely get a delay of game. It would be applied on the kickoff.
Not a likely scenario at the 20.

Yeah if you just completely stopped it would be probably, unless your talking about NFL (you didn't specify) then I don't think they could really call anything, but you could probably walk to the endzone.

If you slow down and walk, then no probably it wouldn't be. But if you actually stop, the refs will call you for unsportsmanlike conduct.
