How do you think Tony Romo is looking so far this year? Dont you all agree that Dallas has a really good shot at making it to the Super Bowl this year. The first half of the game looked great last night!

I would say so far Romo looks great. The int this past week wasn't his fault..Miles Austin gave a very poor effort on the ball. His is being smart with his decision making and being very efficient. Dallas has a very good shot of making the Super Bowl, after all, the NFC isn't a very tough division. All the Cowboys haters have to ask themselves....why do you hate them? Because you've never been half the team the Boys have been? Unless you are a bandwagon jumper...which many of you are. Go Cowboys!! Any of you that say Romo blew it last year...keep in mind he drove that team down the field into scoring position, he didn't blow it as a QB, put as a holder. Guess what?, He isn't a holder anymore so don't knock his Quarter backing skills!

First of all I am a lifetime Cowboy hater so this is going to be very hard. I am picking Dallas to win the NFC. Romo, although he's not the best quarterback in the NFL, he's not going to make a lot of stupid mistakes and he can manage a game good enough with the talent around him to be successful. He's got two good backs in Barber and Jones. He's got two good receivers in Glen and (I can hardly choke it out) T.O. And, he's got one of the most underrated tight ends in football. Dallas's defense is better than average. They're not in the class of the Bears, but no one is. The other thing that makes me hate to say this is I don't have much respect for Wade Phillips as a head coach. I think he's a good defensive coach and a good assistant, but he doesn't have the leadership ability to be the head man. I think this will surface before the year is over and next year there will be serious issues with you-know-who. Also, I expect Jerry Jones to stick his big (doesn't know his rear from a hole-in-the-ground) nose into the coaching and interfere with Phillips authority. If Dallas is good, Jones will find a way to screw them up. Maybe he'll sign Mike Vick? I do like Jerry Jones. Every Dallas hater does. He's insurance that they'll be bad again really soon. But, cheer up. This year you're going to have a good team.

Pre-Season? A lttle early to claim super-bowl, especially in a division where you gotta play the Eagles. Now McNabb looked good. Romo did not look bad, but he didn't look bad at the middle of last season either. It was at the end he wen't into a Funk.

He has potential, but this season is about seeing if he can play 16 games, or if he is another Eli Manning. After you figure that one out, then you guys can start looking to the Super-Bowl.

Marion Barber III did look real good though. That is your back of the future. (Sorry Julius, I hate ripping on people from Notre Dame, but Barber looks better).

I also have a hard time calling a sack, an interception and a QB rating of 58.1 very good. But those are the numbrs posted on NFL.network. So if that is a sign of things to come the real question is who are the Eagles gonna play in the NFC championship game?

And Cowboys fans, ya'll can thumbsdown me all ya want, but it won't change the facts. (and P.S., I hate the Eagles, but they are playing better, so deal with it)

And since when does sitting on the Bench for Three years qualify a player as a rookie?

I think Romo's is still a big question mark. Sure, he had a very good latter half of the season last year, but that was only for half a season against lesser teams. I personally think he will remain a giant question mark until he can actually finish an entire season.

As for the Superbowl, I think practically any competent team in the NFC has a decent chance of getting to the Superbowl due to the general weakness of the conference. Winning it, however, is very unlikely. I find it doubtful that any team in the NFC has a chance against the more dominant teams in the AFC like the Chargers, Colts, Patriots, Bengals, or even the Broncos and Ravens.

I don't think the Cowboys have a shot, they are SURE to win the big game everyone dreams about! With Romo, Glenn, and Crayton, how could they NOT end up like the '72 Dolphins?

You have to remember that this is still pre-season and all the teams are looking at new players, still trying to determine who will make the team and who won't. Wait until the third or fourth game before looking at the playoffs. Personally I feel that as long as Jerry Jones has his hands on the reigns, the Pokes will always be an "almost" team.

I don't think they have a shot at the Super Bowl at all. Romo will blow it like he did last year.

Romo looks good, so far. all of the people who, came down on Him so hard last year seem to have forgotten that He was only a rookie.
