Actually, according to the schedule, it is a pre-season, game. Regular season is two weeks away.
But I do hope you are right. The worsr the Nevermores play the Better for my WhoDeys!, so by all means lose away Baltimore.
But, I wouldn't read too much into it, cause it is preseason, and the mighty Giants are still saddled with Eli, and don't have Strahan or Tiki. Eli looked good at the beginning of last season, if I remember right, played against big brother, and even had better numbers........what happened after that? He let a suspended hood, and a QB who can't aim come back from 20 points behind, and then managedto do his usual late season impersonation of a skunk.......very impressive.
So are the Ravens supposed to be good? Guess you will have plenty of time to find out during the playoffs, since all the NY Midgets will already be packing up for vacation by then.

Yes. It's only preseason. I'm watching this game as a Giants fan and I'm glad they're doing alright. However, I'm not suddenly enthusiastic about the Giants winning a SuperBowl this year because they're up 7-3 on the Ravens in the preseason. I'm prepared for a disappointing season, but will hope they can get it together and do well.

Let's see...majority of starters could care less about the preseason, Eli could never survive fascingthat defense if the game actually meant anything, and the Giants defense is as about as tough as keeping John Goodman away from the salad bar. It is just preseason.

Indy's 1-7 in their last 8 preseason contests. They suck too though, right? Even if they were going full out, Its not college. Great Ds have bad days. as do great Os. thats football. Rushing to judgement based on one game, even if it is regular season is absurd.

I think a lot of it has to do with coaching changes on the GIANTS part. they have a new Defensive coordinator who, used to be the linebackers coach in PHILADELPHIA and, they brought in a Quarterbacks guru to, work exclusively with Eli. what worries Me is, can they avoid the injuries, this year?
I also wish, they would play Amhad Bradshaw more.

I live in new england and of course i watch the Pats. Teams are moving players around in pre-season to see who will work best and teams will make several adjustments and cuts.
