man the packers are 2-0 in the preseason and so does anyone think they have a chance to make it to the playoff since their division will suck

Yes. I don't agree with them going defense instead of getting Favre some better help, but the defense looks like it is starting to pay off. If they can have an average running game - they WILL make the playoffs!

it's a possibilty to reach the playoffs with a road game in the wild card. packers have a great defense this year and their offense can be worked on and molded as it is so young. keep in mind though, green bay has one of the toughest schedules this year, so dont be surprised if they are only 9-7 or 8-8. either way though, the team is beginning to mold together the way thompson and mccarthy had said it would. the future looks bright for green bay.

Losing Ahman Green was huge. Brett has some wideouts but unless they find a way to run the ball look for 6-10 or 5-11

You know I really thought they had a chance coming into this season but after seeing Favre's lack of timing with his young receivers I think they're doomed this season and we're going to be stuck seeing Detroit and Chicago fight it out for the division. Favre is just gonna get his record and get out of dodge and I don't blame him.

They may be in the divsion race until the closing weeks and finish at 8-8. The Pack will surprise some teams this year...that D is pretty solid.

i think they'll have a hard time against the vikings but i do think they'll make it in. they won't have an outstanding season they'll probably make it in the wildcard.
