Matt Schaub or Sage Rosenfelds...I'm not a Texans fan but I'm impressed by what Sage has done soo far...I think he should be the starter.

Matt Schaub wasnt brought in to be a back up.He will be the starter and do a nice job.I never thought qb was a problem with the Texans,it was the line play.Tom Brady would have struggled with that blocking.

Whoever it was I hated more at the moment.
Don't mean to be a hater, but until your coach gets serious about an O-Line, a person should have to start behind it as a punishment.
Looking at how Carr played for Carolina is already showing he wasn't the problem......Kubiak is.
I like both Sage(cool name) and Matt, but if either one thinks that this starting job is a way to get a name for themselves, they're insane.
Unless the name you are looking for is Tackle-Dummy.

That being said, in the limited amount I have seen them, I do like Sage just a smidge more myself, though some of that may have to do with all the over-hype on the Schaub deal.

So, go Sage! (can we really get anymore excited about this than a Raiders or Brrowns fan right now? I mean honestly?)

The other guys are right though. If the Texans are gonna get serious, they need to make it happen w/ Schaub.

I just like Sage better (and I wonder if Schaub was really so great, why did Atlanta put up with Vick so long? I know Blank loved him, but owners want to make money, and Vick never could hit the broad side of a barn.)

Sage has had numerous chances to make impressions. His several years in Miami netted him nothing more than a back-up role. And that's when Miami was looking for a QB to take the lead. Honestly, he is nothing more than a serviceable back-up. Schaub is more of a mystery based all on potential.

If Houston is on to becoming a winner, it starts fresh now with Schuab. Although, Ahman Green is no more than a very short-term answer for RB. Schaub may struggle some at first, but should be a good leader for the team.

rosenfelds has had plenty of chances as a starter and screwed them all up. where as schaub has been behind vick all his life and has waited for this opportunity to come all his career. schaub is also a humble guy. he isnt the most athletic person in the world, but he'll get the job done. i like him alot. whouthout a doubt, i say schaub.

I would go agead use them both, in every game. let them go 2 drives and switch. They're both incredibly accurate and have good arm strength. I think i would let Sage tuire the Defense out because he has more arm strength than schaub. I would let sage tire the defense out by playing dink N dunk football against them and let Schaub come in at the goal line and late in the game to finish them off with his legs and his accuracy.

Sage looks good, but if he is going to succeed, the offensive line needs to be better. Just like the Raiders, the best QB in the league would look horrible.
