Should the Raiders pick (of going for a QB) Quinn instead of Russell as Quinn is ready to play now while Russell has the physical ablities just needs to be mentored(Which the Rauiders do not have) cos the Raiders need a QB who can start now not in a year or 2

During the 2002 Draft, the scouts were in love with him, saying that he was the closest player to a "sure thing" in the draft that year. They were saying that he definitely had the athleticism and the brains to be a good NFL QB. So why has he never been that good?

I ask you to say a prayer for Mr. Stingley, his family, as well as Jack Tatum and his.

I can remember that day as if it were yesterday. I'm so saddened by his passing.

What do you guys think. I think Bradys luck has run out and where gonna start to see him for what he really is, a 6th rnd draft pick. I think stallworth is over rated and no better then Caldwell. Welker is the next troy brown, which means hes a 30 catch reciever who can return punts. And Adalius Thomas is a bust who was a one shot wonder in Baltimore who the Pats jumped on because bellicheck thinks he can coach defensive players to be better then they really are. The pats are not better then a year ago and maybe even worse as the team has aged a year from last year. I think the colts have gotten a lot better and the guys who will be replacing Harper Rhodes and June are up and coming stars just waiting for a chance to play. My prediction Pat 6-10 no playsoffs. Indy 15-1 with another superbowl. Tell me what you think.

Why did Jack Tatum never appologize for the blatant unnecessary hit in an nfl exhibition game?

Darryl Stingley died today. The former New England Patriots receiver was 55, and no cause was immediately announced. He was paralyzed from a hit in an exhibition game by Oakland Raider safety Jack Tatum in 1978. He played five years with the Pats after playing at Purdue University, and before that at John Marshall High in Chicago. His death is already a top story on the Boston and Chicago newspaper websites. Does anyone remember seeing him play? How good was he?
