Tennessee (in a trade).

BTW HE WAS ALREADY SIGNED. By San Diego. They retained his rights (picking up the option year to restrict him and what he can do on the open market), and anyone signing him to a higher offer (as a RESTRICTED Free Agent) must give up a 1st and a 3rd round pick in this years draft to San Diego.

So with San Diego in the controls, they are listening to trade talks because it is a matter of fact that Turner will not remain a backup beyond this year.

They can talk picks, players, or however SD and the other teams agree to do it. The 1st and 3rd are a mere technical strategy so they won't be in the dark and be left empty handed of his value.

Don't expect that kind of value in a trade. Teams won't give up that much, and SD will not lock him up as a back-up long term when his value commands far more than they are willing to pay.

So San Diego is shopping him after slapping a high tender on him so they will have something in return if a team wants him, either by a higher tender...or trade.

San Diego is in an attempt to get value for Turner while he is still in their posession, rather than let him go next year as an UNRESTRICTED Free Agent (big multi-year payday) and get nothing in return.

Smart workings. I believe Turner will not be in SD this year, as his value is very, very high, and SD will capitalize on it.

They control the reigns on him (at least for this year, anyway).

The Tennesse Titans simply becuase they have no Running Backs except for LenDale White but since he's too fat and slow to play I think they will sign Turner.

No one will sign him, but the Chargers will trade him right before the draft for a 2nd round choice to Tennessee

packers get him for a cheaper price only a first round pick just before the draft cause the chargers want something out of him but LT gets hurt cause he is(i think he goes) on the madden cover and the chargers get screwed cause he is out for atleast 6 games so they dont make the playoffs broncos come back.

In a pair of years. He desires to come back into shape after 23 months in penitentiary. He would desire to play interior the international soccer minor league (one team presented to sign him for the league minimum of $2 hundred in keeping with activity) for a season and then come to CFL camp in 2010.

Even though there's more talk now about him switching teams, I'll bet he stays with the Chargers. A 1st and 3rd round pick is just too much to give up for him (and for almost anyone else, too).
