I'm looking for one of those bike racks that hook onto the back of a suv with straps. The problem is I find them but the prongs on them never fit inside of my bike frames to hold them on, (they are mtbs). Any idea who would sell them that have the prongs closer together? The ones I am buying must be made for street bikes I think...

He has amazing natural talent and there's no question about that. But there are many professional riders out there who had the same amount of natural talent (and there are also quite a few with more natural talent) as Lance. For me, it's hard to think that Armstrong, as a clean rider, could beat doped up riders like Jan Ullrich, Ivan Basso, Marco Pantani, Joseba Beloki, Richard Virenque, Tyler Hamilton, Santiago Botero, Alex Zülle, Abraham Olano, and the list goes on, and on.

Why is there so much naivety about Lance Armstrong's innocene?

With all of the evidence out there against him, how can people still show such blind support for Lance Amrstrong? It reminds me of people's support for George W Bush, and Tom Delay. Photographs could be published of those two burning puppies, and Conservatives would still love them.

i'm a nigerian 31yrs i a computer scientist and a businessman, i want to become a biker in uk, i had yamaha (r1) 2004 model, i normally reads sportbike magazine, whenever i had any edition of this magazine i feel on top of the world, and i wouldn't want to waste my talent, that's why i have to send this e-mail, because i've already moved to a new location because of my relative that are discouraging me not to become a biker, and the bike cost me northing les than ($70000) american dollars, so i want to get a pride from that.

I am interested in finding out how many adults ride bicycles, and why they do so. Is it for fun, health, competition or commuting to work?

With the suspension of Floyd Landis for doping during the Tour de France, and the implication of Ivan Basso and Jan Ullrich in a Spanish doping ring, is cycling going to survive as a sport? Similarly, is cycling taking all the flak for other sports, such as the drug ridden athletics tracks, or even football? Is the problem actually as serious as it is being made out to be? Are the checks that are carried out enough?
What would YOU personally do to halt the doping that occurs in sport (lifetime bans, team disqualification, heavy fines...etc).
