No way, not Lance. Why can't people understand that some people just have more drive than others. His heart is 30% larger than most people's are, and he has the drive.

I read the article that's gracing the front page; did anyone think it's a little TOO biased? This guy who wrote it is POUNDING Lance [indirectly, as to not attract attention], and it's REALLY not fair, because Lance hasn't been found guilty of, or even accused, of doing anything illegal.

Some people are just better, and some people are just out to crush the public image of those people. Leave Lance alone, go pick on Bonds for a while.

I don't know if he is currently connected to any doping scandals, like Operation Puerta. However, there is definitely enough evidence out there to say that he would have never won the Tour De France without using performance enhancing substances. Back when Armstrong was racing, EVERYONE was doping. It was necessary just to survive. No way in hell was Lance a clean athlete, but he the only scandal he has ever been linked to is his work with Michele Ferrari, but his high dollar lawyers got him off the hook with that scandal.

No, he is in retirement, and risk of that nature is not only contraindicated, it is pointless.

You'd know if you'd seen him training. He would go at it nonstop, ignoring any pain, and the later fall right off the bike. Sometimes he would pass out. Not long after, he would attack the same course by trying to make it just a little bit further at the same high performance level. He also did considerable cross training exercise.

That's traditional training. It requires naturally good genetics and unbelievable pain. It isn't felt. . .as thoroughly. . .after you get used to it.

What an insult to accuse Lance of doping after he trained like that!!

He's no doper.

Now, the OTHER guy that quit a race because he hurt a finger? That's a remarkably low pain tolerance threshold for a pro cyclist. Perhaps that's an easy way to tell a doper from one who isn't.
