I know what a hat-trick in cricket is. However, I want someone to answer this for me (with references if possible). Here is a situation - A bowler takes 2 wickets off the last deliveries of a match. Now, he takes one wicket off the very first delivery of the next match. Is that considered a hat-trick? In this same situation, for the next match, he does not bowl the first delivery but takes a wicket off his first delivery which is the first of the 8th over for example. Has he still taken a hat-trick?

In the last 10 matches he has been the highest scorer. Still we will keep talking against him and ask him retire. Look at teams like Srilanka, Jayasurya is still playing at the age of 39. Gilchrist, Mathew Hayden are also old. No one talks about them. Most of the players who retire at the age of 38 to 40. But it is only in India we keep putting pressure on our champions to get down at the age of 34. If Sachin can play for another 4 years, he would be completed 100 centuries in both forms of game. He will be the biggest in the name of the cricket. No one can cross him.

We want him to retire so that Ricky Ponting can cross all his records. Look at him, he is only 1 year younger. Ask their country, they will say he will play for another 6 years.

in the t20 match between India and Pakisthan a pakisthani player was not given out by the umpire since it was a wide ball even though it was caught behind the wicket but in the ongoing ODI series between India and Australia symonds was given out by the umpire when he was stumped even though it was a wide ball......how does this actually work??

I think he did a mistake today. His natural game is to 'Swing & Seam' the ball.
R.P.Singh's normal speed is between 132 to 140 km/hr but today he was bowling at above 144 km/hr most of the times.
I think this was one of the reasons why he struggled today with his 'Line & Length'.

I think he should bowl wicket to wicket against Australia. He is a fine bowler & his performance matters a lot.

********Another Question***********************
Do you think that the Indian team management should give some rest to Zaheer Khan. He looked tired during the match. He is an important member of our side & he needs a 'Short' break to get 'FRESH'.
We should give him a rest for 2-3 matches.
We need him (Zaheer) to be fully fit & fresh before the Pakistan series.
Sreesanth should play instead of Zaheer in the next match to add some variety to the bowling. He is a right arm bowler.

Cheers!!!

how pathetic is that guy brad hodge!! 17 off 29 balls???!!! insane! when he needed to get run a ball, he messes up everything and destroys the momentum of symonds!! he nearly messed it up in the last game for AUS, but in this game he did lose the match! well done the aussie selectors and whoever genius picked that idiot hodge!! wat a disgrace to aussie cricket, so many great players in the country n they go n choose him! india should buy hodge a beer n thank him for handing them a win. i mean when u need 7 an over in the last 5 overs with wickkets in hand, even aussie school teams would hav done the job. hayden n symonds yet again get out at cruicial times.n yet again bracken messes up the last over ala the chappell-hadlee series! y dont ben hilfy get a fcukin game? this will jus giv india belief! ponting didnt even use the full 10 overs of brett lee. wat a total mess this week has been with the rugby world cup losin to the pommy ar.ses n then this! can this month get any worse??

He has scored 23 runs in four completed innings on this tour - at a strike rate that a snail would be ashamed of.

He makes an odd score against one of the minnow teams occasionally to keep his average in the 20s or low 30s.

He is an embarrassment to the Australian team.

Is he the brother in law of (selector) Merv Hughes....or are they just selecting him to keep up the Victorian status quo?

Drop him.....Pleazzzzze!!!!!
