As an Aussie it would be nice to see them make a real go of it. They have the players and home ground is definitely an advantage in India. I think they can, but beware the stung Aussie, they tend to stomp around a lot! :-)

It would at least set the scene for a good competition over here, which is more than the Poms gave us last year. I slept through most of those games!

Come on India make it 2-2! (Then let Gilly strike :-))

Again this is a repeat of 20/20 match.
Naturally Australia had a chance until Symonds was in the middle. With a good opening , India was able to post a good
total and defend it.
If they put up similar opening stands,
the games will be interesting. It may be
anybody's chance to win.
We in India know that Aussies are no:1 in all the three aspects of the game. The results of the remaining matches depend on India's performance on the day.!!!

I'm sorry, is this match over? I thought Symonds and Hodge were still batting? It's a good match (at last) but............ I'll come back in 7 overs time , eh?

Aaargh, 8 runs. Well done India, go celebrate, we'll see you again in 3 days.

Today match again proved that if Australian can be put under pressure, they wilt under pressure. As long as Symonds was batting, Australia was under full control of the game and it seemed that they will easily win. howeven after his dismissal, Australian batsmen came under lot of pressure, whereas India never wilted under pressure although they had lost the grip of the match till such time Symonds was batting.
