if a bowler takes 2 wickets off the last two deliveries of a match, and if he takes one wicket off the very first delivery of his bowling in the next match. Is that considered a hat-trick?

No. To constitute a hat-trick, the bowler should take 3 wickets off consecutive deliveries in the same match.

yes sure its considered as a hat trick...its must players next match doesnt matter if the team plays in between the matches .. it must be players very first ball of his next match

Ya its call hatrick as you took wickets in 3 succssive balls
