with all those earnings, he could've at least spent some money on some dentures...

my possible reasoning loves the battle scar, the leon spink trademark (gap)

same thing with bernard hopkins, his teeth looks like a rake.

I know the kid's got a big mouth. I know he irritates everyone. I know some people may consider his fights boring to watch.
However, he's 37 and 0 and the only person to remotely challenge him has been Castillo, the first time. Second time out, he made the adjustments and took Castillo to school.
Personally, I love his defensive clinics - Floyd is the best defensive fighter I have ever seen.
He's made the jump from130 to 147 effortlessly, and to put his skills in context, consider this; Castillo and Corrales, two first class warriors, engaged in a see-saw war that will be remembered forever. Mayweather drilled them both. He knocked Corrales on his a*s five times.

As long as he keeps winning, he can keep talking.

A match-up that had you believing without any reservations as to who was going to win, then, bamm, "anything that can go wrong did go wrong" and your pick was dismantled or the victim of a "close your eyes and just hope you hit him where it hurts" miracle KO. For me the two biggest were Douglas' destruction of Tyson (watched in total disbelief) and Iran Barkley's "hale mary" against Thomas Hearns, "please somebody ring the bell already, PLEASE"

Larry is one of those "personalities" whose appeal is to either extreme, You either love the guy or You wish he'd just "lock it up". I am more of the "lock it up" persuasion because he (in my opinion) takes cheap shots at times, cuts off other guest analysts and often shows favoritism.

Is that why he was slower and less quick? I think it slows me down considerably too. Interesting. I'm 26 male, 6'3'', 250 lbs, I like to work out, I don't box.

welterweights. Donald Curry and Marlon Starling. Who wins each fight. 12 rounds. Curry and Starling in their prime.
(Matching PBF, even though he thinks he's an all time great , against a Leonard or a Ray Robinson at welter would be folly even though I've done it here)

Let's say Joe's sack grows big and he decides to fight in the States. I thought Wright beat Taylor when they fought (yeah he's my hometown guy, I'm probably a little bias). This match up might be even better. 12 rounds at super middle.

If this fight ever happens, who do you think would win? many people class Mayweather as the best pound for pound boxer in the world, and Hatton has been looked impressive in his last few fights, it's a tough call but my money would be on the "Pretty Boy" what do you think?

I didn't get a chance to see his ko win over Sergei Liakhovich Saturday night so just wondering if anyone saw it and is Briggs a legit threat to unify the belts? He's had a up and down career. I heard that the fight was pretty boring until the knock out.

I used to love watching Barkley in his prime. He was a strong, aggressive fighter who fought some good boxers, but i wouldn't say he was great. My buddy seems to think so cause he beat Tommy Hearns twice. But Barkley lost to fighters like James Toney, Nigel Benn(though controversial), Michael Nunn, and Roberto Duran(in a spirited war!). What do you think of Iran as a fighter? Would love to hear the opinions of Brent F, Brad M, Toughguy, Pancho, Smitty, Santana D, and Black panther among others on this topic! I respect all you guys boxing knowledge!

Watching Mayweather's fights are like watching Phernell Whitaker's fights. They seem to be afraid to get hit and stand toe-to-toe like real warriors. It's definately not like watching Morales vs Pacquiao, Chicon vs. Edwards, or any of Duran's fights.
