What would you say are the ideal dimensions for a Welterweight boxer such as height and waist?

I have no clue, b/c there have been tall and short ww champs in the past.....i guess if you have some time, take the last 10 welterweight champs, and average their heights and waist and see what you come up with.....that might be the only logical way of doing this.

His weight can be be no more than 147 lbs.
