Brent ~
Thanks for the fantastic question, here's my list and below will be the reasons why.
1) Ray Arcel
2) Angelo Dundee
3) Emanuel Steward
4) Cus Damato
5) Lou Duva
6) Freddie Roach
7) Buddy McGirt
8) Teddy Atlas
9/10 The Petronelli Brothers
Ray is number one in my book because the way he harnessed Roberto Durans rage and turned it into repect, He never talked much, but when he did people listened.
Angelo is number two here, the reason why he's not number one is because the two bioggest boxers on his resume had enough talent to where Rory Halloway could have trained them and they still would have been World Champions (Ali & Leonard)
Manny is number three because he can turn a frog into a prince, take one look at Wlad.
Cus is number four because he had something to do with two of the youngest Heavyweight Champions of the World (Patterson & Tyson)
Lou is number five because he captured all the talents of a young Whitaker & Taylor and fine tuned them into really good Champions
Freddie is number six because he's the only fighter turned Trainer who has not tried to implement his style of fighting into his fighters.
Buddy is number seven because he's a very good Trainer who is focused on capitalizing on his fighters opponents mistakes and he is a positive force in the corner during tough bouts.
Teddy is eight because he incooperated all of what he learned from Cus, enough said.
The Partonellis Brothers are nine and ten. Two trainers that were around the fight game back when Marciano was Champion they would actually do road work with Marvin Hagler, now that's dedication. I'd also put Ronnie Sheilds up there too, I wish you would have put the Top 15 Trainers.

Teddy Atlas is a great one. He took Michael Moor (who was known as very lazy and undetermined) to the Heavy weight championship and won. He also trained several young kids including Mike Tyson in his early days.

Don't know about of all time, but right now - Buddy McGirt.
Why? Well, he engineered the defeat of Roy Jones.
