Who thinks the A's will sweep Tampa Bay like they swept Toronto?.Hopefully they will ,being that the Devil Rays aren't even over the .400 mark ,so if we lose the series against them then we have no hope although it seems we've had no hope ever since after the All Star Break. Hopefully they can win alot of games in the up coming weeks.

He caught a significant ball, and didn't turn it over to the NL/player as one normally would do. Now, he says he can't afford it because of taxes (which I don't get), so he is offering it up for auction on Ebay?

Why doesn't he just turn it over to Bonds now? Is it because he is a money grubbing little *****? Or is it because he thinks that Bonds or the baseball hall of fame are not interested in the ball?

Just wondering. This will be a long 15 minutes of fame...

Just read a story about the guy who caught the Bonds Home run ball and is selling it cause he was going to be taxed for having it. In my mind, there is no place for government to try to squeeze a few bucks from this guy for having a baseball. is this wrong or is it me?

I'm gonna go with the Angels...they took 2 out of 3 from Boston at home a week ago and then stole 2 out of 4 at Fenway park (.500 is a success on the road especially at Fenway of all places) and now won 2 straight against the hottest team in baseball while sweeping the tigers at home earlier this month...
