Barry Bonds Son Does Not Go on the Rd With them.
He only goes to The Home Games

and Some of them are Children so The Players are so Rich. They can have a At Home Teacher Come to them and Home School them on the RD.

But Some Stay at home during Away Games and Some Dont.

Some teams do pay their batboys but they do go to school. Major League players are pretty damned good tippers, so they get money from the players for their services, such as shining shoes, getting hotdogs, et al. Some do travel when school is out for the Summer but not always. The home team usually supplies a batboy (or girl) for the visiting club.

I think the criteria for being a batboy is now at least 10-12 years old (remember when the Angels and Giants were in the World Series and Dusty Baker's kid almost got clobbered?).

No you don't get paid....and they don't go on road games and if they do they probably just have a tutor or they're home-schooled.
