Ok I am a freshman pitcher throwing around 70 mph, i want to get stronger, increase stamina, and such by working harder than everyone, however during the regular season should i continue to lift weights every day even though it might take a bit away from my pitching at this point in time, should i only lift on days i dont have games? and if neither what are some other exercises I can use to build arm, leg and core strength during the season without hurting my pitching on a short term basis?
