It has been in "Rookie of the Year" and "Mr. 3000". The trick where the first baseman walks up to the mound to talk with the pitcher and walks back and acts like he doesnt have the ball, but then the guy on first base leads off and the first baseman tags him out. Has that ever been done in real life?

i'm thinking of boycotting next baseball season, is this to extreme?it's just geting ridiculous, if teams are going to spend like this, some of these other teams will never be able to compete, and that will evenly just hurt everyone

Nobody has offered anything to him and he is looking for 18 million dollars for one year. I really hope nobody signs him and then he can't break the record.

The man went from hero to zero. His fatal flaw (steroids and human growth hormone) did him in reputation-wise. And he has stuck around too long. Although I am not feeling sorry for the guy in any sense. It is super super hard to feel any sympathy for a multi millionaire and probably future hall of famer.
