Probably not. He is a huge liability at any position and just being on the team. That is why NO ONE wants him!! He's struggling to keep alive the rumor that the Cardinals want him so the Giants will sign him to a good contract. If they do, they are doomed to keep losing because Bonds is NOT a team player.
Chow!!

The fact that such a renowned egomaniac as Bonds thinks he has to make a personal appearance shows you where the market is for his talents. Utility players are signing for $7m per, and Bonds can't score ANY interest?
Right now the GMs are spending money like drunken sailors on leave, and nobody has pushed even a SMALL pile of cash towards Bonds.
This shows it ISN'T about the money - it is about the drama he brings. What team WOULDN'T want the marketing money that comes from him hitting his record-breaking home run in your team's uniform? Apparently EVERYONE - because that comes at an incredibly high price that isn't measured in dollars.
If he isn't signed by March, look for a lawsuit alleging that Major League Baseball "pressured" teams into not signing him so that Hank Aaron's mark would stand. Mark my words.

well according to barry's agent he can snap his fingers and teams would line up to listen to what he has to say so you never know what could go down with barry bonds but right now teams are looking at other needs first that's why the barry bonds negotiations are so slow

Ain't it great that he has to go begging for a job. The creep should be in jail. I hope no one signs the bum. He needs to go and get Greg Anderson out of jail and do his on time.

I really hope nobody wants his services. But, there is a report that the Cardinals are looking/talking to him.

He showed up at the meetings to send a message to San Franicisco and that's the only reason.

I'm pretty sure that he left back to LA. Nobody is interested in him. He'll be lucky if he signs back with the Giants.
