This question is not meant to disrespect Hank Aaron. I apologize if it sounds that way.

Ironic? Probably. Barry has every rights to try and break Hank Aarons record. Before he started the Steroids, people have to know that he still hit 600+ Home Runs which is a perfect reason why he deserves it, so what makes everyone doubt that he won't break HA's HR record? Steroids helped him hit 22 or so HR last year... he could do better without them, 22 HR out of 600 is not a big %tage.

Though i really do guilt Bonds (One of the greatest players ever lived) because he used Steroids, he is just as much deserving to break the HR record (If he does) as any other MLB player.

Personally, with me being a Braves Fan, i would love for Barry Bonds to be a Brave. And i honestly don't think Bonds did steroids. I have met the man in person a few years ago, and he just didn't act like the guy who would use drugs.

Bonds just signed a one year, $16 million deal with the Giants, with incentives that could push it up to $20 million.

yeh, considering that the Braves do not need an outfielder whatsoever!
Wouldn't it be ironic, just as ironic, if the New York yankees up and move to Kentucky ?
nuff said.

I think that the giants are going to sign bonds. I also don't think the braves are too interesed in Bonds.

porgie I used to respect your baseball knowledge , what kind of friggin question is that ?
If you don't like Hank Aaron and want to see him dead, fine but don't torture the man by having the braves sign bonds , that would come under the heading of cruelty.

I'm a Braves fan and an Atlantan who has been rooting for the Braves for over 40 years sir and I'm not really sure what you mean about them deserving each other, but nonetheless I would not like to see the cheater on the Braves at all as he simply makes me sick. I did not like Bonds before the steroid controversy because of his attitude and his arrogance.

Georgie it would be as Ironic as if Michael Tucker signed with the Mariners. For the second time today, who cares!!! There is no relevance!!
