There has been some talks (amongst the organisers and Bernie Ecclestone) of Melbourne hosting a night GP in the future.
I personally don't like the idea at all. What do you think?

In general, the F1 community say that the quickest way to finish a race is to have a two stop strategy.
Having said that, why is it that when a driver takes a grid penalty (ie, dropped 10 places on the grid), his car is always filled up with fuel and he is put on a one stop strategy and he always ends up finishing quite high up and beating alot of the drivers that are two stopping? It can't be put down to the tyre performance because surely one stopping tyres would be under more stress and would have more tyre wear?
Or is it just a case of the other cars just being "slower"?

Ron Dennis has blamed BMW for McLaren's failure to win Sunday's Australian Grand Prix
"Our race was seriously compromised by the Heidfeld strategy, which we just didn't understand," said the McLaren team boss.
"It smacked of showboating in the opening part of the race.
"We were boxed in and lost contact with Kimi, after which we had to take a realistic approach as we weren't going to close that gap."

Hi all,

If you have read any of my questions before you may know I am partially sighted, so I see things different to most people.

I am not sure if my eyes are throwing a wobbler, but the colour of this years Ferrari seems different to last years. Is this correct?

I am not too good with naming colours as I don't see that many of them. The nearest I can get to naming this years colour is Scarlett, whereas last years looked more red. Am I seeing things or has the colour changed?

Thanks

.... Kimi couldn't win for last two seasons with all cars on the track, but now it was just like watching Schumy, he won first race without any problems and Barichelo was always near top with Ferrari and last season he didn't do nothing..... so Schumy isn't so great after all, it's all about Ferrari!!!!!

The only parts the teams can work on is the aero due to the 2010 engine freeze.
Kimi was over a second quicker than Alonso and said he was not pushing the car.
Good drive by Hamilton.

Anybody who has a totally underwhelming performance on a good day, and pulls a bonehead maneuver like he did to Rosberg today, just needs to keep his comments about other drivers/teams to his ol' square-headed self.
