Who do you think has been the best driver at Martinsville and Bristol over the years?
Please don't include Richmond. I know it was a great shorttrack, but they changed it to 3/4 mile years ago. lets stick to the half miles.
Jeff Gordon, Rusty wallace, Dale Sr. ect.???
Give me some stats if you can!!!
Thanks!

So Lewis Hamilton has threatened to leave F1 if he is penalised for his supposedly erratic driving behind the safety car during the Chinese Grand Prix. Actions of a spoilt brat or a grown man??

Since FOX took over Speed TV, it has performed one of the complete bastardizations of all time...let's rename it MEAT-HEAD vision.

Is it possible they could have a NASCAR spokesperson/commentator who sounds like they have an education level higher than a HS drop-out...

Wh0re-vision...NOPI

Butchers which try to pawn themselves off as engineers(PIMP my ride, and that other block head a-nal retentive guy I can't think of who slaps on body parts and kits to cars/trucks...and the chumps who pay top dollar for barn-yard quality work.

Lot's of crashes...lot's of T/A....lot's of stupid programming geared toward a 6th grade mentality...

Let's HIGH-FIVE FOX!!!!!!!

NASCAR is scratching their heads as to their TV ratings falling, but we haven't seen a good rivalry since Spencer retired. What do we have now? Jeff Gordon and Matt Keneseth? Please...the two nicest guys in racing.

We are starting to see some hatred out in the field - Hayrick vs. Montoya, Jr. vs. Kyle, Hamlin vs. Menard. But these are just some feuds that could easily blow over next week.

Here are some questions:
Why don't we see any bitter rivals any more?
-OR-
What drivers would make for a good rivalry?
-OR-
What were some of your favorite rivalries from the past?

Seriously is it becoming farcical or what ?
After all the events that have gone on over the past few months regarding F1 do you think its become a laughfable series?

You all know what things I'm refering to,I'm not going to mention them as I don't want all those imature"your biased" replies, but do you think the phrase "silly season"is verging on the extreme.
Do you also think the rich people in F1 are getting richer by all this negative press regarding the sport i.e. Do you think Lewis under scrutiny during his safety car laps and the threat of points deduction (4 days later!!) will make big headlines and therefore increase TV viewers and then maybe Bernie,FIA and Co want more money next year.
I don't pretend to know anything about the politics in F1 though I do think there's too much of it.

Sorry I used the Lewis word, I'm not loyal to any one team or driver I'm just an F1 fan honestly!!!!!! :)

If nascar wants to be like every other sport what they should do is combine the nextel and busch series and make it so a driver can only be in one series. make it more like baseball with the American League and the National league and split the drivers up then after 26 races, take the top 42 (even number from both series) drivers from both series and reset the points for the last 10 races. (if your so set on having 43 cars, make it so there is a wild card pick or some thing) seperate the drivers by a point and let them rip. best part about that would be no feild fillers or bushwackers. the 44/43 other teams would not be able to race in the last 10 races and would go back to the shop and work on their cars for next year. who thinks that would work?

he purposly slowed the cars down and the drivers where complaining afterwards and he caused the crash between mark and vettel. i think he should be punished but this doesnt mean i'm one of those fans who hate lewis. because i'm not !

I have watched him since he started racing!
He has always been smart, able to stay out of controversy, and get the most out of any car he drives!
I'm sure that with all his wins and records he thinks about never winning the cup!!!
Sad!!!

If you think he should, then what about Richard Burns? Would more fuss have been made if they had been F1 drivers? Is Rallying considered second class compared to Formula One?
