Tough to gauge. The CoT throws a wild card in there.
They'll all be careful early on, but once they get comfortable, somebody will get bold and take a risk.
If I were a betting man, I'd say the big one happens before lap 40, simply because someone will try to make a move and get an unexpected result from the aero and start a big chain reaction.
As far as the winner, I'm a Jr. fan, but Hendricks has had the better package here for the last couple of years. The easy choice would be Gordon or Johnson, but I'd like to see Kyle Busch win it. He reminds me of Dale Sr. when he was young. A gunslinger with a lead foot and brass balls.
When Kyle Busch starts thinking with his head instead of his foot, watch out.
As far as Jr., it seems to me that he and Truex are on different agendas already, so I wouldn't hold my breathe waiting for those two to come up through the pack together. They'll draft with each other when they can, but they won't be looking for one another.

Im a gordon fan as well but i honestly think, and i know that a lot of people are going to say "psh, thats impossible" but im putting my money on Juan Pablo Montoya to win it, he will take the lead with 5 laps to go, Dale Earnhard Jr will cause the big one and that will come on lap 168. I honestly think that dispite Jaques Villneuve has much or any cup experiance he will post a good run. Maybe a top 15 or 20

Tony Stewart the winner, and the big one around the 130-140 mark and 2 chase contenders involved when a lapped car will not move over.

Dale Jr is going to win...and will avoid the big one somewhere between lap 32-17 involving 3-4 chase drivers, hopefully both Busch boys. Juan Pablo has my permission to wreck them both, its Jeff Gordons turn as well to have some bad luck..
Go Dale Jr Go..

VP Tom G is right on it. 'Intimidator' by Charlie Daniels is a good choice. My choice though is naturally 'Sweet Home Alabama' by Lynyrd Skynyrd! And I'm not talking about that version in the Chevy Impala commercial that was mixed with rap. *Shudders*

Gordon is the favorite based on recent history, but I think Tony Stewart will win if Carl Edwards doesn't.
The Big One? Sometime around the 3/4 mark, and I agree with you in that the village idiot, Juan Pablo Montoya, will be the Dumb A. (But hopefully, "TB1" will take out the Busch Brothers; can't stand either of them.)
