I dont know much about van dammes fighting style but wasnt chuck norris undefeated in professional kick boxing?

The resistance I cycle at right now is 9 (1 lowest 10 highest).

I just want to get leaner legs. NOT muscular or large legs.
Would cycling at 9 for 45 minutes, almost everyday work?

So, would a lower resistance or a higher resistance be best?

Thank you :]

I am a 15 year old guy who has been doing gymnastics for 5 years. The dress code for guys at my gym is the traditional mens gymnastics shirt/leotard and shorts, no pants cause my coaches can't see if our legs are bent etc. with pants on. During the winter months it gets cold so i asked my headcoach if i could wear mens footless ballet tights under my shorts, she said that she i could as long as they were close to skin tone and they had to be low waist style stirrup tights so the waist isnt half way up my torso and so they dont ride up my legs. I have looked everywhere and can not find any mens low waist stirrup tights in any color but black, does anyone know where i can get a couple pairs? Thank you.

I'm signing up for swim lessons and I see Water Aerobics and Aqua Jogging on the schedule. What is it? What do the classes involve?

Yesterday's loss was very embarrassing for Saffas everywhere! It was a match that SA should have easily won, in fact the scores should have been reversed. After the match-fixing scandal involving Hansie Cronje and Hershelle Gibbs in 2000 and the fact that Gibbs is still in the team, I find it hard to believe it will never happen again!
I know some people on here will say just accept it they were outplayed but I can't helping thinking that it was fixed because: 1. Smith has continuously chosen to bowl first, hence, SA has been always had to chase runs, and 2. the lacklustre SA batting performance left them looking like they didn't care about winning!

Either the SA cricket has given up all hope of doing well in the world cup or they took the risk of fixing that match was in the hope that they can still get through to the semi-finals even with two loses! What do you think?

Sure he has been quick, but if you put David Coulthard or Nick Heidfeld in the fastest car of the race, wouldn't they be on the podium too? I bet they would. No driver that I can think of has started their F1 career in a top team such as Mclaren or Ferrari. I am not so impressed by Hamilton and I think that he made a foolish, novice mistake by saying he can be world champion in three years. He has no idea if he will be racing in three years, has no idea who will be racing in three years, and has no idea what car he will have in three years. What I am saying is that if it were a young, white French driver he would not be getting the same kind of publicity.

My son is age 8 and needs a new bike. He has a 24 inch inside leg does this mean I have to get him a bike with this frame size? I'm a single mum and don't have a clue about this kind of stuff. Also any good bike shops online that deliver quick and will ship to Northern Ireland, most companies only deal with mainland UK. Thanks in advance xXx

I can peddle a bike and once I get going I'm fine, but it's just starting and stopping thats hard. I would like to know how to position my feet on the peddles when starting and stopping; I know this kind of sounds wierd but I would be grateful for any help you could give me!

By the way, when I am sitting centered on the seat, my feet can only barly reach the ground on either side....is my bike too big?
