It hasn't been as effective as BJJ, but it does exist. Heck, even Thug JJ exists now-a-days. The style has been effective and people are starting to put their own twist on it.

Jiu Jitsu is from Japan. A Japanese sensei went to Brazil and was beating opponents far bigger then him, so the Gracie family asked him to teach it to them. The Brazilians added somethings that make it more practical for the streets and now call it Brazillian Jiu Jitsu but it is an asian martial art. So my point is if there is such thing as Turkish Jui Jitsu it might have been brought over from the east with the Huns and Golden Horde and the Turks have adapted their own version of it.

Im Turkish but havent heard Turkish Jiu Jitsu, maybe its because Im not into Far East Fighting Arts.

Sounds like yet another UFC-inspired, self-invented fighting system created by a nobody based on imaginary historical sources. You should always stick with what you know works. If this so-called "Turkish Jiu Jitsu" is the real deal, it'll make a name for itself all by itself without you spending your hard-earned money on it.
