west indies and all the subcontinental countries all have white coaches. what is the reason? why arent their any black coaches.

The professional coaches available in the world are white as people from other countries do not show much interest in taking up coaching as a profession.

What's with all this "racist" crap?
Could be it's only whites who feel the need to study everything in the minutest detail, while the others just go out there and enjoy the game for what it is.
Ian Botham played the same way and he isn't black or a coach.

Because, you agree with it or not, blacks are very much impressed with whites and consider them something out of the world. Just the inferiority complex and nothing else.
