Does Coach K have a gambling problem????

His team was down ELEVEN with less than a half minute left. UNC got the ball, and any sane coach would concede that the game was over, and just let UNC dribble out the shot clock. Instead, Coach K had his players desperately pressing and fouling, even though they had no chance of winning.

It should be noted that the spread for the game was TEN points. Coach K seemed hellbent on covering that spread. Why?

As a result of Coach K's actions, UNC's star Tyler Hansborough ended up getting his nose broken with 10 seconds left by one of Duke's needlessly aggressive players, and now said player has been suspended. So, how much money do you think K had riding on the game????

Why did the English?

Yeah the English under 20 team not qualify for the under 20 world cup, is this a time of the signs that the English league is getting taken over from forgin players and hence having a affect on the youth players coming though at clubs and not getting a game at in first team because of the forgin players.
BTW this is not a go and the English this is a genuine question, you arguably have the greatest league in the world because of all the forgin imports taking over your game, BUT what are the feelings about the youth players that are getting deprived at there clubs or dont you care about the long term future of the youths players and the english national team.
I also know that england has one of the best set ups in the world for youth faciltys but its seems that there are not bringing though any talent apart from a few names, but they are still getting no where in terms of the first team,

Should the Big Ten get more than two teams in the Big Dance??? And if so who other than Ohio St. and Wisc. ??

I can see a small argument for Indiana and maybe Michigan St. , but people say Illinois and Michigan are on the bubble. They have no reason even being considered for the tourney!!!!

In 9-ball can the cue ball knock in a higher numbered ball, if the lowest numbered ball is hit first?

ex. If no balls have been pocketed, and I strike the one ball with the cue ball and the cue ball travels on and pockets the 5 ball, is the ball spotted or does it count?
