Okay, a lot of you have proved how young you are. The reason Steve Borden (Sting) can be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is because he worked for two companies that the WWE now own, which is WCW and part of NWA. He should definitely be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame because the only people that have held more World Titles than him are Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, plus he has done so much to help make pro wrestling what it is today. I hope that answers your question.

What makes me mad is that the WWE created a Hall of Fame, when there should have been a universal professional wrestling hall of fame. Just because Vince bought up a bunch of different wrestling companies, he thinks he can just create this entity. Sting deserves to be in the Hall, but it would be a tragedy for him to be inducted into their hall, because he's way too good for WWE. In the golden age in the 90's, he was the whole reason I'd tune into WCW Nitro. His rivaly with the nWo was awesome.

Well, he should be inducted into a Wrestling Hall of Fame simply because he's been one of the premier wreslers for the past couple of decades, but he shouldn't be in the WWE Hall of Fame. He built his career in NWA/WCW and now is living out his twilight years in TNA. Sting never made any real contributions for the WWE.

He has never wrestled for the WWE in any of its incarnations, so why would he be inducted into their wrestling hall of fame? Short answer no. He never even wrestled for a company that became affiliated with the WWE, I doubt Mr. McMahon cares much about Sting.

No, Steven Borden has never wrestled in the WWE. One of the requirements for being in the WWE hall of fame is to have wrestled in the WWE, even if a major portion of their career and success has been outside the WWE.

Sting's never worked for WWE/F in any way, shape or form. He's quite opposed to the promotion for it's scantily clad and tasteless storylines and characters. He's a devout christian, ya know? Anyway, yeah, as prior mentioned, even though he's iconic, he's never worked for the WWE, and therefore doesn't belong in WWE's Hall of Fame.
