excellent times. its been a while since i graduated high school but those times wouldve gotten u to the section meets in california. cut off a few seconds (sub 1.55 in the 800m sub 49 in the 400m) in each event and that is state qualifying times in cali.

keep working hard and a track scholarship could be in future. good luck!

at 16 yes. the key is continuing to get better. because before you know it you will be a 18 and a senior being beaten by freshman and sophmores, which doesnt mean you are a bad runner, it just means that the competition got faster and stayed at the same level. by senior year, be at 1:57 in the 800, 4:22 in the mile and 50.2/49.8 in the 400. with those times you will be on par with the best around you and a very respectable runner. its hard to tell without more information which one will be easiest for you to reach but im guessing the 400 or 800 because the times you already have are already a nice accomplishment. consistently better should be your motto.

those are very good times, keep up the training and good work, good luck in your competitions, that is amazing, im 16 too and i run the 800 in 2:30 and the 400 in 1:04 so you are defiantly faster than me and your mile destroys whatever i could run.

Yeah pretty good. You probably guessed that someone on here was gonna answer with faster times than those, but in your defense, I didn't run those times until I was 17, then when I was 18, I grew so much faster.

Keep going kid and keep working. Don't get to college and be lazy like me.

Those are great times for a 16yr old. I know a lot of seniors in highschool that would love to be able to run those times. Looks like you need to decide which of those three events you like the most and start working to better yourself on it. You could be great you know.
