Has anyone noticed this besides me? Mexican food has been served at every single Super Bowl party I've ever been to. The day before the game, everyone goes to the supermarket and buys taco shells, salsa, nachos, and Mexican cheese. The papers are full of recipes for guacomole and chili, and Taco Bell's orders are almost exclusively to go. Why is this?

Look, these guys have done so much for African Americans. They have given them REAL competition, so now whenever an african american boxer becomes a legitimate contender, we know they truly are a good boxer and not a hyped up nobody. They have given many African American HWs the gift of legitimacy in the sport of boxing.

Also, these men make it harder for african americans to compete in this sport, especially the HW division. This naturally causes more african americans to take up the books in school and become professionals. The gift of learning is one of the most cherished gifts that can be given.

Look, these guys have given so much for the african american community, and keep on giving. They is no doubt, they should be celebrated during Black History month.

I recently purchased a 60 lbs. punching bag and put it in my garage. I am right handed, so when I hit it with my right hand, it is usually a straight right, right hook, or uppercut. But lately I have hurt my right hand, mainly in the meaty part of the palm where the thumb meets the hand, and it seems like i am continually spraining my right wrist. It does not happen with my left hand, only the right. I know it is most likely a form issue, I just dont know what it is, and could use the advice.

I'm 5' 10" 175lbs and don't work out at all. I do play hockey and snowboard am athletic but don't look too intimidating but I beat everyone I know and meet at bars or wherever both arms. Sometimes these guys have arms twice as big and probably weigh 220+ lbs., it's a struggle but I always win.
