I'm 5' 10" 175lbs and don't work out at all. I do play hockey and snowboard am athletic but don't look too intimidating but I beat everyone I know and meet at bars or wherever both arms. Sometimes these guys have arms twice as big and probably weigh 220+ lbs., it's a struggle but I always win.

Check yur arm...might be like the one 'Hellboy' had (you know the freakishly large strong one)....

Probably a lot of luck when you arm wrestle. Your probably "break" their wrist without knowing that is the right thing to do. Once the wrist is broken it takes a strong man to come back and win. When talking break I mean you've bent their wrist from being straight. You probably also put all of your body weight into your arm which is what pro arm wrestlers do. So you have the right method without knowing it. It doesn't really take a strong man to defeat a stronger man in arm wrestling. It's mostly about technique.
