I personally think David Beckham is the best soccer player...ever (plus he is really hot too) but don't you think it was a very stupid move on Englands part to fire him from the team when he is the second highest paid athlete in Major league sports?

I need to get some shoes this weekend for track. Just for practicing in. We will be in the gym so not the shoes with spikes, just a simple and low-priced running shoe that is lightweight. I need a easy brand to find because i need them pretty quick. I don't know much about track. Also my foot has been sore from something for two weeks, i am not for sure what i did, but i need some ideas of some kind of support for it. Ace Wrap only made it hurt worse by adding pressure on it. So any advise on shoes or foot support for my foot would be great, thanks!

Why is it that when some people do a turning (roundhouse) kick that their feet are "floopy" and they end up not keeping their foot inline with the leg, thus kicking with the toes???

I think that it has something to do with the muscles in the front of the calf, and that FFS (floppy foot syndrome, lol) can be prevented with calf raisers (an exercise when you go up on tiptoes, and back down, strengthing the calf muscles.), but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this before, and has found ways to prevent it.

I just got back from a basketball game. I fouled out in the 3rd quarter after being confused about what # i was playing. One of my teamates kept yelling at me on court. Two other of the players on my team got fouled out but they both played longer and worked harder than me today. On the bus ride back .. i felt degraded b/c one of my 'friends' accidently seemed to keep smacking my head, and when i talked loud, evryone told me to shut up not to mention someone rammed their duffel in the side of my face.

My question is, these people who are insulting me, i've known for such a long time, and how can one bad played game turn all of this around???

I feel like i'm making myself sick, all i have been doing to day is sleeping and moping... im so ashamed.. but did they have to make it worse? i have a another game on monday, but im too scared to face up to school and see evryone again... i dont kno what to do...

I didnt't get clear instructions on what to excecute in the game.. -
