Dude i would have to go next to bill belichek he has what it takes to coach a team with great players they just need a leader and jimmy johnson and aikman wont be there to help us. Go cowboys patriots and tenessee and BEARS will crush the colts

Mike Ditka. I know he somewhat failed in New Orleans, but if given another shot with Romo and the Cowboys, they'd be serious Super Bowl contenders if not the team to beat in the NFC.

Houston Nutt, he's a motivator and a cheerleader all in one. The assistant coaches could take over the play calling and defense, he would do well as the CEO type coach.

i dont consider myself a true cowboys fan,but i think Mack Brown (texas head coach)would do just fine

i'd bring back joe avezzano. i think he's the defensive coordinator for oakland now. of course the raiders suck but everyone always mentions that the defense isn't too bad.
