I am the commissioner of a fantasy baseball league (head to head) and last year we had a team that didn't draft one starting pitcher in the draft and ended up with the best record in the league. Needless to say that he killed every team he faced in the offensive categories (AVG, HR, R, RBI, SB) and still won most weeks in pitching. The reason he won pitching is that each week he would make moves to pick up pitchers who would pitch twice for the week. By doing that he would win K's and W's and he also had a good reliever so he'd win Saves as well. The ERA and WHIP would depend on how good the outings were for his pitchers.

Is there a way to make pitching more important? To weight it more so that just merely picking up 2 start pitchers won't cut it?

Fantasy Baseball is supposed to be somewhat realistic. To me, not drafting a pitcher and still doing well doesn't seem like it is right.

Im watching the matches at the Rod Laver area in Melbourne and i cant get how they acctually score the points and lyk Duece and Ad. and Break Point and Love , can someone explain all this?

i LOVE the fact that everyone is calling the saints year a "cinderella story" they are 10-6. Whoop dee doo. 5 of 6 losses came to teams that did not even make the playoffs. The Bears are the BEST team in the NFC and they will prove it tomorrow!!!
I"m so sick of hearing about this "they deserve it crap" deserve what?? A BUTT KICKING BY THE CHICAGO BEARS????!!!!!

The Brother Love show, Piper's Pit, The Highlight Reel, The Cutting Edge, The Barber Shop, or Carlito's Cabana.
I am just curious who you all enjoyed! I enjoyed Piper's pit because it is what I grew up with but i did like the brother love show for awhile especially when he always got tossed around by a fan favorite.

For middle school basketball players, do you think this is true?? Basketball is all about making yourself a stronger person. One day at practice my coahc got mad cause we weren't doing so swell and she explained to us that that's what basketball is about at this age. She said if we can't know what we are doing and when to do it, how will we be able to make decisions later in life, like dating, and jobs, and drugs!?!?! I believe her, do u guys?

Normally I'll take 1 breath for every 2 strokes (every time my right arm comes up) but my coach wants me to drop that to at least 3 if not 4 during practice and somewhere around 6 during competition (I'm a sprinter). I have a lot of body area with massive oxygen needs and my 100 free time will go from a 1:11 with 2 breaths to around a 1:17 with 3 breaths.

Some of my workouts include the 3 breath one but what else can I do? Is there a legal vitamin/supplement that I can take to increase my body's oxygen retention or what other drills can I do during practice?
