The goal counts as an even-strength goal, and there is no power play afterwards

If, for some reason, the goal goes into the open net without the penalized team touching the puck, that team is credited with the goal, but they must serve the penalty

No. Until the team that is getting the penalty touches the puck it is called a delayed penalty. Last weekend I was at the Red Wings game and the Wings were on a delayed penalty then another Red Wing got a penalty. The Red Wings killed off both penalties at once and the home crowd went nuts. If the team scores a goal during the delayed penalty the penalty is wiped out but since no one served a penalty(the person that committed the offence is still on the ice) it can not be a power play goal. It is similar to the last minute of the game when the losing team pulls the goalie and has 6 skaters on 5. If they score it is also not a power play goal.

NO. It isn't a power play unless the player is in the Penalty Box. The Penalty is waved off, well the orignal I did see a Pens game where the opponents got a penalty ON a delayed penalty goal.

no because the extra attacker is put on because of pulling the goalie but that does cancel the penalty call

OK, the real answer is, the goal counts, it is an even strength goal, and no penalty.
