Right now I am 5'8 138 & can hang on the rim very easy but have a hard time holding on to the ball when I try to dunk. what can I do to dunk I have a 38 vertical & I am almost to 40.

I don't know which way to go... Walker with rookie Cutler against 30th ranked pass defense, or Henderson under my QB Brees against 22nd rank pass defense.

I'm leaning towards sitting Walker, like I've done for two weeks now, but that bad Arizona pass defense looks sooo good.

if you had an oppurtunity to move a current existing NHL team, which city, either in Canada or the US, would you move it to and tell everyone the reasons for your choice....
I myself would like to take Pittsburgh and move it to Seattle only because I live in the Vancouver area and I wouldn't mind having 2 NHL franchises within 3 hours from each other just like with some teams in the east...that is my choice and my reason, what's yours?
