Thinking that he will stop running now that he has "the record" is craziness. He wasn't running FOR the record in the first place, and the franchise, while happy he got it, cares far more about the playoffs/home field advantage then about some TD record.

Plus, if you think "the record" as you called it DOES have any bearing, then you should think he will continue to run inspired by the next record, which is 27 rushing TDs held by both Priest Holmes (2003) and Shaun Alexander (2005). LT currently has 26 rushing TDs so he needs 1 to tie, 2 to break. I don't think this will be a factor in his playtime because I think he would be playing anyway. If you can convince your opponent not to start him based on some idea that he won't be in the game much, do so. My prediction, LT goes off for another 100+ yard game with at least 1 TD.

Good luck.

I expect LT to continue playing, at least until they clinch home field advantage and that could take until week 17. As long as the Chargers have something to play for LT will be in there. His role might be diminished and his numbers might go down a little, but they won't be turning over the ball to the back-up full time. There is still too much at stake, with Baltimore and the Colts still challenging them for home field advantage.

No, though he could take over in the last game if the Chargers clinch home field advantage
