if you had an oppurtunity to move a current existing NHL team, which city, either in Canada or the US, would you move it to and tell everyone the reasons for your choice....
I myself would like to take Pittsburgh and move it to Seattle only because I live in the Vancouver area and I wouldn't mind having 2 NHL franchises within 3 hours from each other just like with some teams in the east...that is my choice and my reason, what's yours?

well id like to see Phoenix go back to Winnipeg which the Jets were a better team and had a bigger attendance record then the Coyotes, and Quebec deserves a team also i miss the great rivalry between my Habs and the Nordiques.

Since I can move one team, I would move the Anaheim Ducks to Winnipeg. Nothing against the Ducks or their fans, but two teams in L.A. is like having two people in the same t-shirt at one time. Since the Kings have been there for almost 40 years they should be able to claim the area as theirs.

Personally, I would reduce the amount of teams by 12 through condensing more than 12 teams and opening up in the following cities. Winnipeg, Hamilton, Seattle, Milwaukee, and Portland, Maine.

Phoenix back to Winnipeg, that was a horrible move then, and it actually seems like a worse idea now than it did then.

Florida to the Kitchener-Waterloo-Guelph area -
that's a hockey hotbed and the Toronto metropolitan area's grown so big now that a franchise would pick up fans and support from greater Toronto too.

I would move the panthers to Hartford. Florida dosn't need two hockey teams. My second choice would be to move Phoenix back to winnipeg.

I agree with you but they would have to change there name because the Seattle Penguins is a wussy name. What do you think there name should be changed to?
