Ok, i have basketball tryouts and there are 24 players trying out. 10 make the team, the first cut is thursday and the next is tuesday. I am a forward that has decent skills. Any tips or tricks i can do to get the edge over other players? I really need help!

Hello, I'm a freshman in highschool doing indoor track. I'm a male. I'm 5'11. This is my first time doing hurdles. We have a meet on saturday. Recentley my trail leg(left)'s quad has been getting really sore as if I pulled a muscle. Additionally I want to improve my overall performance, especially with the right technique. I understand what you're supposed to do(i think) but I just can't. Or if I try I mess up? What's the quickest, easiest, way to see results. Remember, I have a meet in several days.

Does anybody remember the glory days of Memphis wrestling from the 70's and 80's. Jerry Lawler, Bill Dundee, Randy Savage, Eddie Gilbert, Jimmy Hart. Not to mention some new comers that made it to huge super-stardom, like the blade runner, now known as Sting. Monday night at the Mid-South Coliseum was great. If anybody remembers, please tell me your thoughts.

I think it would be really nice if we all were just able to let Barry retire peacefully. NOT! And let him sit at home and try to do something else besides bother other people with his selfishness. I think it would be REFRESHING if he were NOT picked up by ANY Major League team and he WOULD HAVE TO RETIRE 22 home-runs from Classy Hank Aaron's mark of 744. NO MORE BARRY PLEASE?

Who thinks Michigan got ripped off! I think the only reason Florida made it is because they're in the SEC! michigan is in probably the hardest division! Ohio State-1 Michigan- 3 (should be 2) Wisconsin- 7 Iowa -not ranked this year but typically a great team. Penn State- Strong team

SEC- Florida 2 (12-1) Arkansas- 12 and second best team in the division!!! you gotta be kidding.
