I am a certified scuba diver and yes scuba divers can sneeze under water if they needed but it would be rare that they would need to. See people sneeze from small particles that enter your nose and cause you to sneeze. Since you wear a mask that covers your nose there would be no reason to sneeze. However by some fluke a diver needed to they certainly could and it would be safe just like coughing. The regulator in which you use to breathe out of us very effiecent and easier then you would think.

Yes. U can. I am a diver, basically u can do anything under the water as you were on the land beside talking!

A sneeze is fine but if you caught cold or flu, it is not advisable to dive, as you would not be able to equalised yourself and eventually you will hurt your ear.

It's sneezing just like you do above water. Sneezing is possible and it happens. Its no issue, reg stays in, nothing happens. It may be a little gross ha. You may want to flood mask to rinse out snot though afterwards...true story.

Yes, and it's messy. Many divers will take something like Sudafed prior to diving to unclog their sinuses.

Yes, out their mouth piece. It is awkward. If a diver has to 'get sick' it as well has to go out via their mouth piece.
